"We stayed at this property for 9 nights. Although it is a nice property, it misrepresented its amenities in the Expedia posting. The posting lists two pools and a beach, both of which are correct. However, it doesn't mention that you need to purchase drinks/food from the two restaurants to use the amenities. That was at least $30-$40 daily just for drinks for the three of us. In addition, one of the two pools is gated for a handful of higher-priced rooms and not open to all property patrons."

"The only good part of this hotel is that it’s close to the beach. The staff didn’t do much to show any appreciation for those celebrating special occasions. I’ve stayed in all over the Caribbean and usually the staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating but this front end staff was very laidback and gave a sense of do it yourself feel to the place."

"We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report.
