"Best of the best"

"food underrated for a Hilton hotel, lacks sources of protein"

"Love this hotel and location is amazing. 4 minutes walk to get to the Mataaf area. The only drawback was the rooms smelt slightly damp (we got moved from one room to another as the first room was very damp). Possibly some maintenance required on the air conditioning"

"Beautiful hotel and room however slight issue was the smell coming from the drain in rhe bathroom. Otherwise excellent including breakfast and free shuttle to haramain train station."

"Clean and courteous staff and near haram 4mins walk great place to stay"

"Housekeeper expecting tips like crazy"

"Mantap"

"The good thing of this hotel is the location very close to Al Haram and very nice & comfort room with best view to Al Haram. Unfortunately, we have to say that we are very disappointed to the reception staff and concierge staffs that under our expectation as the famous 5 star hotel background, reception staff they do not speak english (difficult to communicate) and seems not professional, the concierge staff not helpful as required and tend to ignore the guest. Improvement on staff will make...

"Nice hotel"

"Hotel dan kamarnya sangat bersih dan rapi. Udaranya segar. Staf sangat membantu. Ada shuttle bus untuk ke Haram, tapi drop off point nya masih lumayan jauh. Sebenarnya kalau untuk sholat subuh atau isya enak berjalan kaki sambil menikmati suasana di Makkah. Kasur yg sangat empuk. Overall it's very very good."
