"The room was very large and spacious. It was clean when we arrived, and we stayed for 3 days and only had maid service one time. The pool is great, but not very warm and there is no spa. Breakfast was very nice and you could cook your own waffles or pancakes. I would stay there again."

"Don’t stay here until their renovations are finished. There is no AC on the main and second floors. When our AC stopped working in our room, we told the front desk and nothing was done. It wasn’t until we randomly were asked by the maintenance manager how things were going that we actually got help. It’s because of him I’m giving this property 2 stars. Twice when our room was “cleaned” they did the bare minimum and didn’t even empty garbages. Would not stay here again."

"Hotel room was great, big, very quiet with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and quite big. Negatives, breakfast, turkey bacon... really. We asked to schedule a cab for the next day and was told to do it ourselves. Positives, Chick Fil A and Starbucks are in the hotel parking lot. We would stay here again."

"Customer Care at the reception desk was more than excellent, friendly, and thoughtful. The room was perfect - given my disability, without even asking, I was provided a first floor room close to amenities and the dining room. Perfect!"

"There are different sections of this establishment. Some sections are nicer than others. I have stayed at different sessions and it really depends on which section you stay at as to how nice it is."

"Dirty room, smashed cookies under the desk and garbage in the ice bucket. Smashed insects on the wall and god knows what we missed!"

"The restaurant was closed during our entire stay and we were not informed that they would be doing an update to their systems until we arrived to check in. This meant no power, lights or use of elevators. We also were cut off from heat in the middle of winter."
