"I liked about the area and friendly staffs- BUT: last night the elevator was stuck and went down to the basement. We’re scared so we got out. There’s no doors open or any elevators would open and running. It took a long time till we figured it out to press the emergency button on the side door so we could walk out to the steer and back to the hotel. That was the scariest experience ever!! Also there’s suspicious people lurking in the elevator as well. Thanks god we were safe. So Glad we left today to fly back home."

"The location is great. Very short walk to Paris landmarks and there is a market and a cafe within just about 10 steps. The lift is very small only large enough for one person. That’s my only real negative. Everything else was great. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are nothing fancy but they are clean and comfy: would stay again."
