"The hotel’s outstanding feature is its location along Promenade de Anglais with its sea view, whether you are having a drink, eating breakfast or sitting outside on the balcony of one of several rooms facing the beach. The location is also very convenient for airport transfer, buses, trams and trains. The area around the hotel has excellent restaurants serving different cuisines, and a wonderful boulangerie, Armand.

"Lovely Boutique Hotel in a Perfect Location!
My sister and I stayed here in mid-September, and we had such a lovely experience! The hotel has a beautiful, intimate boutique feel, with elegant decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.
I highly recommend adding the breakfast buffet to your reservation. It’s a great value for the price, with a full breakfast and plenty of options. You’ll likely spend more eating breakfast at...

"Surclassement avec vu sur poubelles, le lit qui s’ouvre en deux en plein milieu de la nuit ….
Établissement propre mais pas non plus dans un état clinique.
Ont attend mieux d’un hôtel avec ce nombres d’étoiles…
Une canette de cola à 6€, un petit déjeuner à 14€ avec du pain décongeler et des céréales premier prix…
Vraiment décevant"

"Great hotel not far from old town Nice. Small bar to have a beverage after touring for the day. Breakfast was excellent. Staff is probably the most accommodating team I’ve ever encountered and I’ve travelled more than most. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Just outstanding! Merci beaucoup!"

"Loved staying at the Fairmont! I had a hairpin city view room with two large double beds to celebrate a birthday with a friend and they provided the highest level floor room and a complimentary cake. Superb staff and housekeeping that went above and beyond to accommodate any needs. Central location- 4 minute walk from the casino and also sea front. Beach was also a close walk and great amenities like steam and sauna. Would love to stay here again!"
