Serviced Apartment di Distrik Saint Helens

"A 1 night stop-off on my way to Scotland. I stayed here as it had a gym and (small) pool with sauna. The staff were lovely with special thanks to the lady on the leisure club reception who let me use the studio. I also used the pool, sauna and jacuzzi which were small but clean (there's a steam room too but that was temporarily unavailable). The hotel is looking a little tired but is clean with good sized comfortable rooms at a decent price. Have previously stayed at another chain hotel close...

"THE HOTEL GAVE MY ROOM AWAY EVEN THOUGH I BOOKED IT FOR 3 NIGHTS, SO I HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL, AND THEY WON'T REFUND ME, SO I'M HAVING TO DO A CHARGEBACK WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY"

"I don’t wish to stay in such a place next time. Couldn’t even sleep on the bed. Jeez"

"Easy access especially outside normal hours"

"Cheap and cheerful however the manager changing the keypad code during my stay was a pain got locked out on the second day - lady at the facility said she’d sort it but didn’t work again"
