"Had to change arrival date by one day due to the US war with Iran. Hotel refused to cancel the night and made me pay full rate. This was the week ahead and not last minute. Would have expected some understanding."

"From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, we were made to feel welcome. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The beds are comfortable, and there is a pillow menu. The hot tub was such a wonderful amenity after walking Paris streets."

"Perfect location in Montmartre for exploring and a stones throw from restaurants, cafes, and other local shops. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful with a fun vibe. Some of the rooms are a bit smallish but very nicely appointed. And our upgraded room with windows was fantastic. I would highly recommend as a for anyone looking for a great boutique hotel at a great value."

"The room was very itty-bitty tiny there’s no room to open your luggage except on your bed and you’re constantly lifting and moving luggage around, but that’s not too bad. The location is worth it very very clean room."

"Excellent location, 2 minutes walking distance to Champs Elysees and L’Arc de triomphe. Metro links are in abundance, just be careful which exit you take as otherwise it’s like walking through the maze. Hotel itself is fine, staff is friendly enough, however there was a confusion over the room that we have booked over what had been given as it was randomly changed at the check in. All in all, decent place at a reasonable price for this location and enjoyable experience. "

"Note to self, book direct and not through Expedia. Property was fine but we paid for breakfast through Expedia booking and it was not notated upon our arrival. Rooms were fine, sufficient. hotel was old but kept up fine. There were plenty of restaurants and a Boulangerie close by as well as a pharmacy. Groceries within walking distance. We liked that the Eiffel Tower was visible from street, walkable in about 20 mins. And arc de triumph was about a 12 min walk also. There was a park very close...

"Perfect place for our family to stay in Paris! The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. They even found some gluten-free bread for our kids. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Our rooms were clean and bright. If you’re a light sleeper, reserve a room facing the courtyard, not the street. The location couldn’t be beat. Walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Convenient to several metro lines, which got us to Montmartre, the Louvre, and everything else we wanted to...
