"This hotels location is amazing!!!! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Old San Juan and had our own roof top to enjoy the night life. The room was inviting and the bed was very comfortable. The staff did not seem to notice us as we came and went. They did not ask how we were doing or if we needed anything. Our room was a very nice size. Just an FYI, based on the construction of the building, the rooms don’t have windows. We felt like we were sleeping in a cool dungeon....

"The lobby was clean, and had a welcoming feel. The bathrooms in the lobby and the pool area were extremely clean. The private beach and the pool area was amazing. The bar and food/concession staff in the pool area were great. The hotel had a strong smell of mildew and chlorine. The I am only aware of the outside pool so I am not sure why the inside of the hotel (and I was over 3 floors up) had such a strong smell.
