"We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable with very nice linens. The room as a nice size and the bathroom was great with a fabulous shower. Excellent location. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The free all day fresh made coffee in the lobby, including cappuccino and lattes, was a nice touch. The light breakfast was adequate. Would definitely stay again."

"Love this hotel. Our family of 7 stayed in three rooms, two king size rooms and one with two queen beds. Great location. Quiet but close to many restaurants and shops. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. We also enjoy the complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Positives. Perfect location for Old Montreal. Check in/out perfect. Room was spotless, well stocked and prepared. Concierge service helpful. Negatives. Room 106 had a nightclub right underneath which very loud till 1:00 am and people partied right outside the windows making sleep impossible. Room desperately needs a dresser cabinet. Washroom sink counter has almost no space. Vanity lighting really needed."

"Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean, with visible stains on the carpets, walls, and curtains, and every surface was covered in dust. The photos online did not accurately reflect the condition of the property. Due to the cleanliness concerns, we chose not to stay overnight. We requested a refund, but the owner was unwilling to accommodate our concerns. Overall, the property was not as advertised, and we would not recommend it based on our experience."

"The room was very basic. It was not configured the way we had discussed at check-in but the front desk staff were able to assemble things at our request. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was acceptable but not as great as some of the reviews we had read. I had asked for some vegetarian options. The request was noted but there was nobody who was aware of it at the breakfast service. The attempt to give the impression of service was made but it fell short unfortunately. Location is convenient....

"Whoever book this place just have to read the fine prints. This is an apartment style booking. There is no concierge on site. All communications are through texts or email. They make things very clear so there shouldn’t be confusions. As long as you are aware of that, the place is beautiful and clean and you are literally in the middle of all the action on Old Montreal. We had a very pleasant stay."
