"I had a charge on my bill from the restaurant. I told them I paid for my dinner but yet they said they watched video of me and my daughter and I never paid cash or card but signed off on my order to charge to my room. I basically was told I was lying to them. Terrible!"

When we checked in we notified the front desk person that one of our luggage’s would be delivered later and to look out for it. Left our name time and room number and when we got the text from the airline that it was delivered we waited for it to be sent to the room and it never came. "Every CitizenM property I stayed in was great in the same aspects as this Seattle hotel. Modern, clean, joyful, great staff, with everything one may need. It's a different kind of experience than a traditional hotel, so more traditional travelers may find it awkward, because the concept is completely revamped, and I guess catered to younger guests. It is not a hotel I would choose for a romantic getaway or for a long stay, for example. But for a short business or leisure trip it's a great...

"Great space with tons of character while still feeling modern and very clean. I love the ac/heat mini split, the couches, the gator statues and the free candy! I’d request the complimentary coffee be out before 9am, but noon checkout and coffee every 10 steps (Seattle!) more than compensate. I cannot wait to return to watch another concert of a lifetime (Moonchild changed me! Love love love!) and a comfortable night upstairs to rest and have a nice lazy morning after. "This was an excellent stay. Only chose this d/t a sale through Expedia, but glad we did. Stayed 2 nights and were upgraded to a premium king room which was beautiful. So Many Mirrors!!! the hotel location was great- walked everywhere, the happy hr at the restaurant/bar was excellent and the staff were very accommodating.
