"The property was beautiful and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Savaugn was very helpful and always offering the card ride up and down since my sister had an ankle injury. Front desk was great. Restaurants were good. The bartenders at the pool bar were very slow and don't acknowledge the guests at the bar tomatoes say, be right with you. we actually ended going to a different bar for our cocktails."

"We just spent 7 nights at Royal Plantation. What a beautiful and special place. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is a great sense of pride from all staff in making the resort feel more like a home away from home. Every single staff member we interacted with were so friendly and took time out of their day to stop and have a chat. We loved meeting all of them. We always felt so well taken care of. "My experience was terrible, I booked 3 nights, on arrival for check-in the staff at the front desk was useless, no computer, no information regarding check-in. I contacted the host only to be told the property had no vacancies, considering this money has cleared my account and I had confirmation of my booking, this was horrible. "the room had bugs and cobweb, the bathroom was not cleaned and prep for our arrival. it appears that there was construction done to the room prior to our arrival and no one clean up after they were done. there was no food and water on the property we had to walked downhill for i mile and hike back up the hill with water for drinking. the food that was served on the first night was staled and awful. therefore, we checkout early."
