There was confusion over where to eat on the property. we went to eat at the beach restaurant and it was closing so they sent us to the restaurant in the building where we could only get a buffet. there was only 1 elevator and it was not working part of the day and we were on the 4th floor. Very confusing layout of rooms as there are different levels and staircasses to access the rooms. Nice beach area. "

"Really enjoyed our stay lots of sunbeds and beautiful beach area. Room was good with everything we needed. Was a little Disappointed with pool looked a little grimy and would be good if they could try to stop the drug smoking at the side of the patio area I know it is outside of hotel but they sit on hotel wall it is not nice for those of us who do not partake "

"Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre.
