"We just stayed one night, but the staff (Matteo.. and I can’t recall the woman’s name) were so welcoming and helpful. Room as expected, small but comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Only negative would be thin walls so we could hear other doors opening and people talking, but not super late. It was really quiet overnight."

The technician claimed to fix the issue, however, the issue remained. Two night crappy sleep due to malfunctioning AC. "A nicely decorated modern hotel that is very competitive regards to hotel rates. A stone throw away from Arc de Triumph and Trocedero leading to the Eiffel Tower and River Seine cruises with plenty of great Parisien Cafes and Restaurants. I would book the hotel again."
