"Staff were very helpful and stored our luggage for a couple of hours after check-out on the morning when we were due to catch the 4pm ferry. Pre - ordered a taxi for us which arrived punctually. Excellent location for shops, market, restaurants and bars. Will definitely book again."

I found a place which is obviously striving to be the best it can become and it is right in the centre of the city. My room was very quiet and I will be using this hotel on my next visit to Rouen. "

"The hotel itself & staff were excellent. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Immaculate room! My only complaints are that it was hard to find - signage poor, parking carried an unexpected charge of 17€ and there was an additional, unexpected refundable deposit of 100€ on top of the room. Nowhere in the hotel descriptions was this highlighted. It was very windy with heavy rain when I stayed and even though I was on the third floor, the noise on roof surfaces and in the air con venting...

"Great boutique hotel. Check-in and out was very simple. Easy to find with ample parking round back, plus on street safe parking. Diner was amazing. Breakfast was standard French fare. Overall the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were all friendly and helpful."

"This is a really lovely little hotel right off of the interstate. I booked it because it had great reviews and they were not wrong. The room is large and very well appointed for a person with a disability and the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. We ate in the restaurant that night and the food was excellent. "

"Location, staff, & service are great. Lights turn off after 8 pm in the reception area. I felt unsafe walking in late at night to a dark hotel. It’s pitch dark in the hallway (4th) until a motion detector lights up. Room itself was roomy & comfortable. Staff was nice when I asked for a replacement of the stained pillowcase. I didn’t realize the towel also had stains. I’m glad I brought my own towel. "
