"We chose the hotel based on the location to the train station. We arrived on an early morning flight from the U.S and the staff tired hard to accommodate an early check in. The consigliere went out of his way to make sure we had rooms with a fabulous view from top floor overlooking the plaza of the train station. "2年前に宿泊し満足したので今回も利用しました。
ユーロスターでイギリスとの往復には最適な立地です。
朝食会場を仕切っているマネージャーはお仕事に誇りを持って取り組んでいることがよくわかります。
喧騒とした周辺環境に比べ狭いながらも中庭があり朝食を頂くのにいい雰囲気です。
残念な事に玄関前が2年前から工事中のままです。スーツケース転がすのには支障がありました。"

"the receiption so far I stay was start on duty just at noon till late night, so that when I went out in the morning, I can't go in the hotel before noon, unless there is guest in the lobby, who will approach the sliding door to open the door. The body liquid soap was only given one 10ml. sachet for one guest unless you asked for, therefore I didn't shower in the first night till next morning asked."

"This hotel is a great idea but maintenance let it down. Wherever you look there’s scuffed paint, bits loose, missing or broken. On the plus side my bed was comfy and the rooms are very quiet. If they fix the serious wear and tear this would be a high recommend. As it is atm its style over substance."

"We had a lovely stay at the Hotel, our second and it seems to have been refurbished since 2022.
As many have said, the location is excellent especially if arriving via Eurostar into Gare Du Nord as the Hotel is just a couple mins walk away.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the quad family room was as expected, although a part of the wood flooring was uneven and coming off a little by the window.
We are Muslim so was great to have multiple Halal options nearby as well.

"This property is perfect for an overnight stay before taking the train out of Gare du Nord. The station is a stone's throw from the hotel. The neighborhood is lively and busy.
The staff are very kind, helpful and accommodating.
The bedroom I had is an adequate size for one person. Bathroom is clean. The only issue there is a slanted ceiling on one side of the room and I kept hitting my head until I started to get used to it. The room #661 would not work for a person over 5'
