"La Villa Promenade was the perfect location to stay for our time in Nice. Convenient access to the airport by tram, and train to Monaco as well. Literally a block from the beach, they provided towels as well. Near many beach clubs and the main streets with a ton of cafés, shops, restaurants. The bed and pillows are comfortable. However the bathroom is poorly designed. The toilet is in a separate room from the sink and shower. Also, the shower leaks out into the bathroom. "Very central, with a clean room. For the price, this is a great central location with clean, functional rooms and helpful staff. There are no in-room safes, but they do provide a kettle and toiletries.
We were on the same floor as the small dining area, which wasn't a problem but could be if you are sensitive to muted noise. I would have liked an additional lock on the door as we were next to the dining facilities. For the price and location, I would stay here again."
