"One thing only the storage of the luggage’s on the 4th floor is very crowded and I do not feel that’s my luggage will be secure because the capsule is on 6Th floor and your luggage is on 4th floor . Also, the smoking area . They do have designated area for smoking but still u can smell the cigarette smoke at common area . I do really like the public bath so I can experience the real Japanese way . Definitely I’m coming back to this hotel."

"The receptionists were very friendly and attentive. They have amazing amenities such as free meals, up to 5 free alcoholic drinks, massage chairs, mangas, etc. the place is very clean and from my experience, all the other guests were not loud at all."

"We got a free room upgrade, but it requires a lot of convincing. Overall experience in the hotel was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable. The customer service was exceptionally good, since everybody is so well mannered from the receptionist to housekeeping. "

"A wow factor hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay of 6 nights at Bellustar. The view from the room was amazing and the room itself was large and tastefully decorated. Excellent bath. It has every amenity we could think of in the room. And yes the toilet door is clear but there is a dividing door that you can close when privacy is needed. The area is busy and bustling. "The staff were extremely helpful and let me check-in an hour earlier than the intended time. The room was beautiful from top to bottom; I love that the cold plunge was right next to the Sauna. The upstairs bathroom was amazing; everything was super clean and felt like home."

"Check in/out process was smooth. Front desk staff spoke English. Beautiful views of the city from lobby (you can see Tokyo tower) and room. Artwork in rooms and around hotel was lovely. Walking distance to train station which made exploring the city manageable. Family Mart is in basement of hotel and staff was nice. Room was clean and had eco friendly amenities. Mini fridge in room. Free Coffee/water in lobby. Would recommend the hotel! "

"Very old and outdated room interior. Small room also. There is a small glass window in the room but it is frosted so we can’t see anything outside. It gives me a feeling we are inside a cubicle. Hotel location is perfect though."
