"Very descent apartment, with smart system room. They provide washing machine. The bathroom can be used as drying room. Next to family mart, closed to some other 24h stores. A lot of restaurant nearby: mcD, pepperlunch, ootoya, sukiya. Only 100m from Higashi Shinjuku Station. Love our stay much."

"My friend and I enjoyed out brief stay at the seed INN. My only complaint was that the light up sign for the establishment was right outside our window, which let in a lot of light at night. And there were no blackout curtains. Not good if you didn’t bring a sleeping eye mask. Other than that, from check-in to check-out, the process was streamlined and the property well maintained."

"Hotel Aima was a great place to spend 4 days in Tokyo. Large room including a queen bed, kitchenette, washer/dryer, dining table and sofa. Staff were very helpful. Only 100 m to the steps to Ueno Station, which easily connects to practically anywhere. A few minutes extra walk and you access the local markets or the large gardens & zoo."

"We stayed at Illi Nuta Shinjuku. They switched us from Illi Tas Shinjuku because apparently something needed to be done on the property. At first, the communication through Expedia messaging was abit slow, hard to get reply from the property. However, I was able to contact property management by phone and they were very responsive. Once on property, check in was very smooth. We were able to email management and they responded very promptly and took care of our issues. Amongst other...

"チェックイン時にタブレットを使うように入り口に用意されているが、恐らく機能していなかったと思われる。チェックイン時にフロントへの連絡が必要な点は気になりました。 また、チェックイン、チェックアウト時の説明も十分ではなく、利用する側とのコミュニケーションが少なすぎるのではと感じた。 環境は静かでかつ、キッチン、バス、トイレには必要な装備品は揃っていて満足。 部屋数も2LDKの部屋をそのまま利用でき十分、収納も広く素晴らしい。 唯一、シミなどが目についたので、バスタオルは使いませんでした。 エアコン完備、テレビ、ソファーなどは非常に快適でした。"
