All in one apartment

Very descent apartment, with smart system room. They provide washing machine. The bathroom can be used as drying room. Next to family mart, closed to some other 24h stores. A lot of restaurant nearby: mcD, pepperlunch, ootoya, sukiya. Only 100m from Higashi Shinjuku Station. Love our stay much.

The room when we initially entered was extraordinarily clean and spotless to our amazement with all the amenities fully functioning complimented with clear instructions in English and Japanese. Since we stayed for over a week, the complementary room cleaning service was just the same, leaving our room in an incredible state. Plus, we had no worries about our belongings being tampered with! The provided toothbrushee, coffee, earplugs, and slipperd were also very welcome and made our holiday that much easier on our conscious. The conveniently located Family Mart right next to the apartment was also great to stock up on any convenient store goods that we desired at any time in the day. All in all, the Flower Terrace deserves its five star rating and we recommend this venue to everyone!

Room is in good condition. However, the room is perfect for 2-3 adults but 4 made it so tight and we have not much space for luggage. The area however is very nice , walkable to everything but shinjuku station is quite far especially if you’re pushing a big luggage. All in all, it was a good stay.

Convenient location for walking to the sights in Shinjuku but also taking the metro which is 1 min walk away from the apartment. Check in process is easy and all done on the iPad in the foyer. Then everything is electronic for all the doors. And if it fails (battery ran low on our door) we used the spare key following instructions. We got there slightly earlier than check in time but the cleaner said she had just finished and let us in. We are a family of 4 with big teens and they read the instructions to open up the double sofa bed without a problem. Space is tight but we didn't spend much time in the apartment being our first time to Japan. It had everything we needed - washing machine, drying room, kettle, utensils, crockery and cutlery and a cooker (which we didn't use). Coffee, slippers, ear plugs and toothbrushes readily available from the downstairs lobby area. You can log onto the TV and watch Netflix or Prime. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided and washing powder also provided for your laundry. I would stay at this place again with the family as we wanted a space that would fit 4 people which was hard to find in the centre of Tokyo - most hotels only allowed 2 people to a room so this place was perfect for us.

Close enough to Shinjuku action (though on the quieter side), but more spacious than other hotels! The water pressure was great, shower was spacious and saved my aching muscles every night. The pull out sofas were decent, though still doesn't compare to a bed, but comfortable enough. Overall, would recommend the stay for a group.

This location is a great spot for a small family wanting to stay on the outskirts of the city but not too far away from all of the things to do. Place was clean, had all of the amenities that we needed and the staff kept great contact with us. Any question we had was answered quickly! I highly recommend this spot!!

The whole process of entering and exiting the hotel was very easy to follow. The room was clean and a decent size. A great bathroom with all the extras you may need. Good wi-fi and a nice, compact kitchen area. It's in a great location - easy walking distance to eateries, shops and the station.

We enjoyed our stay at Flower Terrace. Communication was excellent the entire time and the room had everything we needed. It was a tight squeeze for 5 people but we managed for 2 nights. Location was perfect and next to the train station with some great eateries nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved the modern look of the room. It was very clean and the kitchen had nice amenities. The check in and check out was smooth. They allow you to leave your luggages locked in a safe place after checking out, which was very helpful for us because our flight was not until much later in the evening. Convenient stores were located so close to the hotel and the train station was just on the corner. So the hotel’s location was very convenient. We really enjoyer our stay!

Seamless check in and out. Great that they had spaces to store your luggage before and after check in and out. Location was superb, family mart just downstairs and subway within few min walk. Great and convenient location.

Chambre/studio très agréable, nous y avons séjourné à 4 de façon confortable. Propreté impeccable, très bien équipé, tout est très bien expliqué, check-in et check-out très facile. Le logement est également très bien situé près de Kabukicho mais dans un endroit très calme. C'était parfait, merci.
