"Location was great, shuttle made it easy to step into a large city with less stress. Staff was amazing and helpful with train routes, luggage, etc"

"Breakfast was great, lots of selection. Our first night we ended up having to move rooms as something was wrong with the vent and it was very loud. Staff were lovely gave us keys to the new room and allowed us to move our things the next morning. Pool and hot tub were good. Room itself was okay not the cleanest but not too bad. We did book a non-smoking room but there was still a bit of a smoke smell. Something not mentioned is there is a free shuttle to the train station which is great. "

"下駄箱に自分の名前を書いたシールが貼ってあり、靴を入れる場所に困らない。自分用にスリッパが容易してあります。部屋ごとに暗証番号で解錠する鍵がかかっていますが、解錠時に騒音がでない仕様で睡眠を邪魔されずに楽でした。スリッパのまま入っていいところなど、迷いそうなポイントには事前にわかりやすい掲示があり快適でした。"

"Ontbijt in het restaurant (bij de buren) was uitstekend. Personeel was zeer behulpzaam en kreeg al toegang tot mijn kamer terwijl het amper middag was. Gelukje? Als je net een vlucht hebt gehad is dat in iedergeval echt een genot."

The rooms are pleasantly spacious with ample bed space, and very clean. For reference my partner and I booked a queen room. Also love that they serve free breakfast, have late check out options (for a fee) and free luggage storage! Can't reccommend this hotel enough when staying in Narita!"

"It’s a little far from the train station (to walk with luggage could be hard) but once you get there everything is good, the room is clean, the staff very friendly and they provide disposable sandals, toothbrush, hairbrush etc etc . We loved the place "
