"Room was on the smaller side, however very modern and clean. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. In the main lobby area there is a kitchen for all to use, and seating area which is quite lovely where people hang out. We had the breakfast included and it was good served buffet style which a good mix of Japanese food and more american style items. Its about a 7 min walk from Tokyo Station which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. "

"Super nice room! Area is more business-like that i would like. Very close to subway stations, there is a 7-Eleven right on. the bottom of the building and a nice coffee shop. "

"Small rooms but spotless! TV has Netflix and Prime for streaming your account. Restaurant is fantastic for breakfast buffet. Ginza Line subway is right under the hotel. The staff was exceptional. I had a great stay."

"very clean, comfortable room. The area is great for walking, shopping, eating and taken the Shinkansen at Tokyo Station. There are lots of metro lines near by so it's easy to move around Tokyo. "

"As per usual on Japan rooms are small but it gets the job done - this is a convenient chain to stay in - they give you tooth brush, hair ties and comb and a wash rag (along with the usual body wash and s/c) You have to get creative in how you put away your luggage in the room (under the bed) And surprisingly they have a couple of English speaking movies available on the tv I’d stay again "
