"We stayed in a junior suite for a family of 4 (kids are 8yrs. old and 12yrs. old). We loved it! Clean room, friendly staff, washer and dryer inside your room and a kitchen! Updated connectivity from tv to bathroom. Location is okay and near to every places we planned. The only thing is that the room we got have a small window and no natural sunlight, Other than that we would stay here again."

"The staff are super helpful, friendly, and courteous. The room was clean but I must say a bit dated. The room was very small especially for 4 people. There was a lot of closet space though but it was still difficult to maneuver especially with luggages and stuff. I felt like they were a bit stingy as far as towels but I'm pretty sure they would have provided us more, if we asked. For so little space, maybe some hooks to hang stuff would have helped. We loved the free toiletries including nice...

"DormyInn is my favorite hotel chain in Japan. Their onsen is top notch and their service is amazing. They had a lot of coin laundry available which was great if you have a long trip and want to do some laundry. They also offer free ramen at night. The room is very spacious for a Japanese hotel. Only down side to this specific hotel is the Hatchobori station is slightly out of the way, but you can still access many main train lines from this hotel."

"Very friendly staff, place was clean. Plenty of amenities available. Wouldn’t even need to pack a toothbrush or soaps, shampoo and conditioner. It’s in a nice area of Tokyo, less hustle and bustle. Close to the Narita Air Terminal Train Station and other train stations. There’s a cute cafe (Caffe Como) around the corner I recommend going too, a lovely Japanese couple that I assume own the shop, always friendly and it’s calm. Definitely would come stay there again if I manage to come back to...

"Very convenient Location, plenty of food options. The train station is connected under the hotel. Only drawback, they Charge you 1100 yen per day to use the gym. Terrible policy, why do you have to Charge extra for people to use the gym? If you are afraid that it will be too crowded, charging a one time 1100 for entire stay will still work not 1100 yen per day. They will get 5 stars if they change the Policy until then, i Will pick other hotels for my regular Business travel to Tokyo"
