"We enjoyed our family's two-night stay. The location was very accessible to Tokyo station and other surrounding stations. The room was overall clean and comfortable, and the in-room washer was a plus. Breakfast options were fabulous, they really packed a lot into the buffet, and the amenities bar was a nice addition. I did remove one star from cleanliness as the shower had a very strong mildew smell, although the surfaces were all spotless."

"This was a great hotel. The rooms were lovely, with a decent size for the three of us. And even a little balcony of the bedroom. The breakfast was superb, with lots of food choices. Great breakfast room two, which was really relaxing. It was in a quiet, safe location with easy access to lots of train stations. We stayed four nights and it really met our expectations. Thank you to the great hotel staff for a wonderful stay. "

"Staff were really nice and professional. I like the option to only change clean towels. Room was very clean just a bit tight in space. There also wasn’t a lounge with coffee and tea. It was a bit annoying the elevator had to stop at 3rd floor every time. And during checkout time the elevators were really slow. But overall I would still revisit"
