"impeccable front desk service, room cleaning is excellent, and the kitchenette with the larger fridge and separate freezer is super convenient. beds were a litter firmer than I prefer, shampoo/body soap was a bit lacking, and laundry works fine, but takes forever (although to be expected with smaller combined washer/dryers of that type). This hotel is an awesome pick in the ningyocho area."

"Having Pizza Tane in the first floor was a great way to have dinner after landing in evening. Breakfast in the morning was lovely."

"What a fun and quirky hotel. One of a kind, it felt like. The staff was very helpful and proud of their hotel. Nice restaurants nearby (go to the pizza place!). My only knocks are the price was a little higher than what I paid for other rooms, and it’s a little bit of a walk to what feels like busier Tokyo. Definitely glad we stayed here one night though. My son really liked it."

"Amazing space- you have a whole floor to yourself, veey large by Tokyo standards. Convinient location. The staff is auper helpful, she gave us an umbrella because it was raining although we were chwclong out. The only downside is no lugguage storage at the hotel. Truly enjoyed our stay. "

"Very convenient Location, plenty of food options. The train station is connected under the hotel. Only drawback, they Charge you 1100 yen per day to use the gym. Terrible policy, why do you have to Charge extra for people to use the gym? If you are afraid that it will be too crowded, charging a one time 1100 for entire stay will still work not 1100 yen per day. They will get 5 stars if they change the Policy until then, i Will pick other hotels for my regular Business travel to Tokyo"

"Fantastic stay! Great location, 8-10 min walk to local train stations + 20-25 min walk to Tokyo station! Paved roads along the way. Hotel itself was amazing. The amenities offered were probably the best thing I've seen. Breakfast was included (delicious Japanese dishes that highlights the importance of organic foods that are healthy) along with coffee/mocktail machines in the morning. From 3-9pm, complimentary refreshers/alcoholic drinks&flavoured syrups were available to make drinks with. This...

"My family and I had a wonderful stay. We purchased the breakfast and it was great every morning. The room was comfortable. Fridge and air conditioning were running well. The water pressure was strong and provided wonderful showers at the end of the day. Staff was polite and helpful."
