"Friendly staff"

"I recently stayed here and had an okay stay. It's an old property but it's decently maintained even though it could use some refurbishing. The rooms are huge. I stayed in the Super Double Room and it was a very large, especially as a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was really good, lots of options, both Japanese and western. The location is just okay, it's far from the centre of Osaka and you cannot walk anywhere, but the subway is nearby which was...

"Staf very good and helpful"

"Very spacious living space, wonder couch that everyone could fit around, nice that it had two separate rooms. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Wonderful stay."

"Centrally located and friendly staff. Love the room and the unexpected late night snack"

"Tolles, sehr modernes Hotel in Laufnähe von JR Osaka Station. Wir haben jetzt schon zum vierten Mal in diesem stilistischen Hotel gewohnt und wir kommen wieder. Äußert freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Am Morgen wird ein kleines und feines Frühstück gereicht. Sehr leckere Säfte, Wasser und Kaffee stehen dem Gast durchgehend zur Verfügung."

"Everything about this Hotel is excellent! We love the breakfast buffet, shops nearby, walking distance to everything- especially the train subway literally 10 steps away outside the hotel. We will definitely stay here again when in Osaka next time. We will refer to family and friends of this place."

"This hotel was modern and with everything you would need however as a hotel with 4 stars we were extremely disappointed with the breakfast that we paid for in advance when booking and did not even go for the last two days and ate outside the hotel. Quality of food was not what you expected, and it didn’t even feel like it was part of the hotel. No toast, no bacon eggs were runny and any pastries were a day old"

"A wonderful hotel. Great facilities including a lovely public bath and free coffee/ tea in the day and free drinks and snacks. Our room was large and had a great view. The only downside was the long walk from Yodoyabashi station (around 13 minutes) which requires climbing a big srt of stairs to get over an overpass so it’s not accessible for people with mobility issues,"

"Excellent ryokan. I had a room with my own bathroom and shower/tub. Very clean. Comfortable futon."

"朝食が美味しかったです。 スタッフの方々の対応も良かったです。 ３人で泊まりましたが、部屋も綺麗で快適でした。"

"Very clean and relaxing! We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor onsen spaces and sauna with complimentary milk drinks, popsicles, late night ramen, and massage chairs. Small thing for us but worth noting, the bed was very firm with thin pillows. We ended up needing more cushion to sleep comfortably."
