"Everything was very well maintained. Breakfast was very nice. Not lots of shade around the pool."

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"The place was very clean. Staff were very courteous. We rented a 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in living room. Sofa bed was comfortable. It was very convenient to have a kitchenette. Washer/dryer was available although hours are very limited but we still appreciated having it available to us. It was ~ 20 min walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar for me but only a couple of blocks to Setas. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. Pool was open but we didn’t get to use it as weather was not hot...

"What a lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms and baths- we give the overhead shower a 10 out of 10. The staff is so helpful and the rooftop restaurant is a beautiful spot for views and drinks. The location is excellent with walkability to the Palace and Cathedral and a fabulous set of bars and restaurants nearby in plaza Alfalfa. Loved this hotel!"

"The room is small with not a lot of room to put your luggage. But, considering you are in the old town Seville, that’s kind of what you sign up for. Staff was super helpful, and it was a great place to stay. You can walk to almost all of the sites to see."
