"L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. La propreté et la tranquillité de l'hôtel"

"The hotel was very clean and staff were so helpful with everything we asked. From needing an iron in our room to planning day trips. They even took the topper of the mattress bc my brother in law needed the bed more firm. Breakfast was incredible. I felt like I was in a resort with the choices we had. The only minor complaint I have is the lights in the room were a little too dark for me. But such a minor inconvenience and only bc I have poor vision."

"Tutto bellissimo, ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!!"

"This property is very well maintained and very clean. The staff made us feel very welcome and were more than accommodating to us. They really made our stay very comfortable and very pleasant and special. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Location is excellent also. Near shops and restaurants and right on the beach."

"*Add photos of the balcony, room, and living area. Traveling from USA. We got the queen size bed standard room.* HOSPITALITY: Our flight to Crete flew in at 5am. I knew going into it I’d have to wait for check in. The hotel did a great job at reaching out to me prior to landing and communicating with me. They did everything they could to accommodate this early arrival which we appreciated very much. I got in my room around 9:30AM. The man at the front desk was very helpful with getting us taxis...

"Great location within walking distance of the beach, with plenty of local restaurants and coffee shops nearby."

"We liked everything about the hotel! Excellent location. Forget about eating in the cafes along the waterfront. The dinner we had in the hotel restaurant was the best of our trip thus far and the lowest cost!"

"Very nice staff"
