"There were some issues during the check-in as we booked through Hotels.com. In the website, it says the check-in is at 11am onwards but the actual check-in time at 3pm. Regardless, the staff came to attend us immediately and resolved the issue by letting us into an empty room at one of their guesthouses (Fun fact: they have 3 guesthouses around the area). The room was clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We even had the time to do our laundry (with extra charge) during our stay. We had to...
