"Do NOT stay here! It was not a clean place I felt dirty the whole time. The room smelled so gross and musty. One of the pillows had dirt on it. There were stains on the carpet as well. I didn’t have a private bathroom and had to share one and being a young single woman I was scared and the booking didn’t even specify I wouldn’t have my own bathroom. The service was so bad there was only like two people working there. Save your money and book somewhere else!!!"

"Room did not appear to be well cleaned. Hair found in the shower, bathroom sink, and in the bed. The hair in the bed was the most disturbing as it made us suspect of the bedding had even been washed in the first place. "

"Our room had a very fowl odor of something rotten when I went to the front desk to report it and to see if we could get to a different room I was advised that that was not possible and then if I didn’t like it, I could leave and go to a different hotel they did offer a refund. On Expedia it says there is a breakfast and that is a lie. They call it a grab and go which consists of a fruit bar, or small muffin or a package of oatmeal and coffee that’s it."

"Checking was super smooth and Anita was able to check us in. We were on the 5th floor and was lucky to get a corner room. Room set up was really nice, looks really modern and intimate since we were on a stay-cation. Bathroom 8/10 - the bathtub and shower head need a refresher. The tub and the wall paper in there, gave me the ICK. The tub is super outdated and the shower head needs to be stronger and cleaned a bit more. One of the towels were stained, so luckily there were two more to choose...

"Area safe, clean, and walkable. The building, an upgraded 70's style hotel, had two enclosed courtyards, (one had a pool). Visitor access to the lobby computer/printer/scanner. Vending machines, snacks sold in lobby, dedicated reading area with calming music. A+ for this category hotel."

"A little gem within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Mill Valley. We started the day with a full, fresh, and delicious included breakfast. Our room looked out on redwoods and was clean and comfortable. Amenities for the bath were plentiful and of good quality. There is a 24-hour front desk with friendly staff and free parking on the premises. We will definitely stay there again when in Mill Valley."

"Overnight staff was rude and not helpful at all. Just one man. Other employees where nice. We were denied extra towels and pillows very rudely."

"From the outside you can tell the hotel had not been updated. The place just looked old and could have used a coat of paint. The interior was very modest and also needed some TLC. I spotted insects multiple times during my two night stay and one cockroach on my last day. Yuck! A lamp on the dresser near the bed would have been nice. The staff was nice enough to provide me extra towels. Good enough for me, but would have been embarrassed had I brought my wife here. Conveniently located to gas...
