"Clean room. Comfortable bed. Love the little kitchenette in the room. Continental breakfast was delicious! And the dining area nice. Appreciated the all day Coffee available in the lobby. pool was great with saltwater. It was nice to have laundry available in the building! The kids utilize the cozy lounge for playing games. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the electric chargers to work for electric vehicle, and the pillows were petty lumpy. Overall, a great stay, and would definitely recommend!"

"A very affordable and clean option when needing to be in proximity to Novato and San Rafael. The drive to Downtown Novato was less than 10 minutes - there's a variety of neighborhood restaurants, mom and pop shops, and more. The hotel is located at the end of Redwood Boulevard, and it being off a freeway at the base of Mount Burdell gave a get-away feeling. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. "Room was clean, staff was very friendly, good parking and other room occupants were respectful and relativity quiet. 1 issue with my stay. The shower drain and bathroom sink did not drain. At best I would get 45 seconds of water in the shower, before the basin filled with water and overflowed and flooded the bathroom. The rooms are vintage, and outdated, however, they were clean. "The place is beautiful - small and kept clean. There is limited storage places so you have to live out of your suit case. No dresser, a cabinet with 4 hangers, and 2 inch shelves. Our 1st room the AC was really loud - they moved us to another room. Hot tub was not working and restaurant was closed. The staff was very nice and helpful."
