The front desk staff especially Leynor, offered so much assistance from my early check in to any question or guidance I needed. The restaurant staff were very friendly, especially Fernando. I especially loved the mini freebies like dessert or appetizer. Very cozy ambience, less crowd and traffic in lobby, bar and restaurant areas compared to larger hotels. The warmth of the hotel staff combined with the light aura of the cozy corners suited me perfectly. Will definitely return!"
