"This is a beautifully appointed B&B located across the street from the bay. Many rooms have a direct view. There are no TV's which keeps it serene. Breakfast is a large as you want it with adequate choices. Come early as the patios tend to get a bit cool after 45 minutes. Restaurants are within walking distance. Parking is limited, even on the street. There are a LOT of stairs, but apparently some ADA rooms as well as a couple ADA on site parking spaces."

"We only stayed two nights and experienced one room, so there are other reviewers with different experiences. Our room was a bit dark and the lighting options limited so we were unable to set the rooms ambience to our liking. Also, there was only a patio door to let in fresh air, no windows we could keep open at night when we slept. The breakfast offerings were limited, especially when considering the food options in the area. And the area did provide some highlight to our stay. Great location...
