"i did not like the property , it’s very expensive but the bathroom missing lot of things , toothpaste , head shower cup, all those little things missing , they are charging a lot for property but little things are not there, they should improve the quality"

"Great location! Beautiful property. Friendly Staff. Carpet in the room could use a good scrub. Bathroom was large so was confused as to why there wasnt more counter space installed. Could hear every step from guests upstairs so I would suggest a higher floor. But overall place was super unique and cool and romantic vibes. I would stay here again if I'm ever lucky enough to visit the area again"

"When we checked in we were given a 2nd floor room after requesting 4th. Then at breakfast even though I noted having a strawberry allergy they brought us strawberry yogurt. I tried to talk with front desk about this and was brushed off so I left a check in note for management. They offered to move our room but at this point we were settled in after a long/stressful travel the day prior. "The property was small but convenient to stay for few days. The staff are friendly and answered my questions. The room was clean and they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion too. Which is really nice! They even have keurig for coffee! They also clean our room without us asking for it. The only thing was we can hear people from outside and upstairs. Overall it was really good place to stay in. Will stay here when I visit Carmel again. Everything was so close here!"

"Cute from the outside and pretty clean but the rooms and the beds, were very small. The walls were paper thin and the AC noisy. The pillows were uncomfortable and overall none of us got a good nights sleep. We spent 8 nights on a CA roadtrip and unfortunately this hotel was the one we couldn’t wait to leave."

"Our 5-day stay at the Kimpton Mirador was...fine. The biggest upside was that it allows for dogs of any size, so we weren't restricted by our 70lb dog. Overall, the building is very nice - well kept, lovely staff, nice room, etc. It's in a great location - close to the water as well as to the main street, and a 20ish minute walk from downtown Monterey. Where it lacked was the finer details. You're supposed to get champagne upon arrival, which the people in front of me were offered upon...

"We got to the hotel and while I was getting ready my infant was in the bed where he was playing with a roach. I freaked out, that was number one. 2 when I went into the bathroom, it wouldn’t flush. I also didn’t see a microwave which I needed to make a bottle for my infant. We left after like 20 minutes and booked another hotel. It was very unfortunate and a waste of our money."

"The property is crammed behind a gas station so you get a lot of noise. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke, probably trapped in the outdated curtains. The room was clean though. The refrigerator did not work and there is not a microwave."
