"Friendly staff, clean room, enjoyed the food at Mary Jane's. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony space. There were loud events every night we were in town which we could hear clearly in the room. This didn't bother us, but could bother others. The layout of the queen suite is a little odd with the placement of the shower and toilet."

"It says that check-in is at 3 PM. I arrived five minutes before 3 PM. They told me my room wasn't ready to give them another 40 minutes. My husband stayed in the lobby waiting another family came and the guy at the front that was checking people in gave the other family the room first then when another coworker comes and say you gave the room away his been waiting my husband then the guy worker said that he didn't know we were a different family because there was a whole bunch of kids we look the same he was a tall white man felt really like he was being more racist than welcoming so he didn't know that my husband was waiting in the lobby because a different Hispanic family came with kids and gave them a room first when we got there first and been waiting overall we had to wait an hour to get our room at 4 PM instead of 3 PM for check in so just to check in was already bad that night my husband left my debit card on the counter where the microwave refrigerator is that we got up in the morning to have breakfast and need to San Diego Zoo me not grabbing my debit card because we were not using our cards we were using cash on the way home"

"The room was clean except my lights and outlets were not working. Then the plumbing messed up that I had someone else poop in the toilet I called front desk and the man asked in a smart voice well what you want me to do. So rude. "
