"Your night desk concierge, Saitan was horrid. We booked a block of suites and room for a wedding. After the wedding, I took a Uber back to The Cambria but had mixed up my room keys, I waa staying in my daughter's suite (622) because I'd given my room (540) to our elderly grandparents, who were already asleep. This man said he wouldn't help me get into my room because of the different names. He became very rude, and stated 'I'm not in this job to cater to people like you!!'. He yelled this at me multiple times. I called my daughter and tried to get her or her husband to verify who I was. They had gone to a wedding after party. He gave me an incorrect phone number that they should call, it went to vm. When I explained that she was on the phone he refused to talk to her. This nightmare of him berating me & telling me he had no idea who I was. I showed him my ID that clearly read 'Nava' as my last name. He threatened to call the police and hzve me arrested and kick out our whole wedding party. He stated that I "was being so rude to him". I know I displayed a lot of frustration, but I barely raised my voice because at 67 yrs old, I know raising my voice wouldn't get me very far. My daughter turned on her voice recorder, to record how he was speaking to me. I write this only to inform. "We" as a family will never recommend The Cambria to anybody. I finally get the room after I fell asleep in the outside area, after about 30 mins. Next morning, I told the day shift what happened."
