"The room was clean. The mattress was comfortable but the frame was very noisy. I wish the room had blackout curtains because some light still filters from the blinds they already have. Also, I stayed on the 2nd floor and you can hear the steps from the people above us which was disturbing after a long day of adventure. However the parking and location was great"

"Disappointing stay. The photos looked pretty good on Expedia, but in reality, the rooms are dirty and dated. We arrived hours after the check-in time to find a “back in 15 minutes” sign at the reception office, which ended up being more like 25 minutes of waiting in the parking lot. During that wait, we were verbally accosted by a drunk/high/mentally ill man wandering Lombard St. and went back to our car to wait. Finally when the reception employee returned, he seemed annoyed to have customers...

"We chose this motel because of the location. We used PresidioGo, free transportation to get where we needed to go. The room was small and dated, but comfortable. The manager was helpful and the room was clean and did the job, The price we paid was reasonable for what we got. It was quiet with little to no traffic noise. Other reviews are correct, you can’t make it completely dark, but it was dark enough to sleep."
