They treated my wife and I with respect and were proactive in meeting our needs. Janelle and the entire staff are tremendous and made our stay memorable, making our stay in San Francisco one of the highlights of our trip. The market is just across the street, and has a wide variety of specialty foods from which to choose. Not worrying about the details of your hotel stay allows you to focus on enjoying your environment. It was nice to have a little feel of home in our visit, to be well cared for and continually, warmly greeted. Lastly, the view from the penthouse room was fantastic. It can’t be understated. It was wonderful viewing the water in the morning and before sleeping. I recommend this stay to any visitor to San Francisco."
