"Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"

"Hotel was ideally located in the center of Florence making for easy walking to major tourist areas and restaurants. The room was weirdly laid out and needed upgrades. The shower was very small with no where to hold anything. But the room was decently sized and the bed new. TV was miniscule (minor issue). The staff did help us book restaurant resos and fix our international zone issues. Really the only major problem was that the hotel is in restricted driving zones so those with a car need to...

"our biggest complaint about the facility was the cleanliness. The blankets were stained and need to re-replaced. There needed to be extra pillowcases provided for the extra pillows. It gave us concern about how clean our bed cover was.
They really was nowhere to sit together
The area where the dishes in the refrigerators were located was a 6’ wide hallway that also had a sofa opposite, no table or chairs.
Staff was friendly and helpful."

"I rarely write reviews but could not in good conscience not write one this time. There was only one issue with this property but it involved the daily HEALTH and SAFETY of our family. In the morning after our first night at the property my husband and I both noticed a gas type smell. Although we left early that morning for a pre-arranged day trip out of Florence I sent a text to the property about our concerns, stating that we had smelled what seemed to be a gas smell and were quite concerned....
