"I lived in Costa Rica and have been in several hotels. Hyatt Centric is one of the best in country. Rooms are spacious and confortable. The restaurant very very good in all meals. There is also a nice cafeteria. The location is great near Plaza Tempo and Avenida Escazu. The highligjt is the people with amazing service with a special recognition to the outstanding work of Carlos in the restaurant 👏👏👏"

"Stayed 3 nights. Safe hotel, good parking with lots of staff around. Beautiful landscaping. Very good breakfast buffet. The housekeeper, Laura, was exceptional and room very comfortable and clean. Suggest using shower shoes as the shower was slippery. Short one block walk to upscale restaurants and grocery store and The Moose, a wonderful coffee shop with great food selection. Hotel pool was not heated and there was no elevator to second floor room. Also no written material in the room on hotel...

"Wow. This property can host any group. They have a little of everything and still very peaceful in the city. Whether it’s a family, friend group or solo traveler, they’re got it. Great parking, a lot of entertainment like pool, tennis, fine restaurants or bar. Very visually pleasing and easy check in. Staff is professional and the food is very good."

"Highly recommend The Retreat hotel! It was gorgeous and the views breath taking. The staff was very attentive and kind. Will definitely go again. The tours were over priced though. ~400 per tour and while the locations were beautiful it was not worth that much money. Also note there is no food you can buy except for in the restaurants there. So grab some snack at the airport. But highly recommend this place. Even in the rainy season it was amazing "
