"Tiene muchas cosas buenas, está en el centro del puerto de la Cruz, cerca de todo, habitaciones excelentes,amplias, cogimos una para 3 adultos y tenía 3 camas cómodas y grandes, limpieza un 10, trato amable y muy bueno, precio excepcional. Pero tiene un par de contras, no tiene aparcamiento cerca y el ascensor comienza en la primera planta, no recomendable para personas con problemas de movilidad."

The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither. This hotel is great if...

"Excellent location, excellent staff. The breakfast was great and it's a really beautiful place. The rooms couldn't probably do with a slight facelift but it's part of the charm and they're clean, which matters more. I had to switch rooms a few nights in because there was a major leak in the bathroom, these things happen. More importantly, the staff were so helpful and ensured my replacement room had an equally good view. The balcony rooms are 100% worth it. I had such a good time staying here...

"The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was also very nice. Angela was a great bartender and made sure we had an amazing time everyday. The food at the bar especially burgers, chicken sandwich, oysters, were all really good. Breakfast was amazing. The only downside was we had lost our key late at night. When arriving at the hotel at 1-2 am I was told that there was not another key available and we would have to wait until 7 am for someone to get a key. We were scolded for losing it . Which I...

"Très bel hôtel, avec des jardins vraiment magnifiques et une proximité très agréable avec la plage et la promenade en bord de mer. Chambre très belle également. Seuls petits bémols : la vue de ma chambre était moyenne et, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l’absence de vraie machine à café et de pantoufles est un peu dommage. Il n’y avait également ni bureau ni chaise dans la chambre, ce qui est assez handicapant lorsqu’on a besoin de travailler un peu. Sinon, le reste était très bien."
