"We had a great stay at this hotel! We originally booked a room with a balcony but were pleasantly surprised to receive a suite with pool access as an upgrade. The only downside was that the pool connected to our suite was adults-only and my daughter is 15 so she couldnt use it. Fortunately, we were still able to enjoy the other pools throughout the property. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. The food was decent—not anything amazing, but we ate on site several times. The property itself is huge, with multiple pools and plenty of beach chairs to choose from, so it never felt too crowded. Overall, the hotel was clean, safe, and well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning!"

"The hotel had nice pools, and the food was okay. There was only one small elevator for the building where we were staying. The lobby was not cool enough, and there was no air conditioning there."
