Very mediocre. Rooms are ROUGH for the price - walls patched everywhere, bed is just a cheap frame, tacky tile and flimsy plastic curtain in tiny bathroom. Zero vibe - hotel staff just want to process you through their system and offer no helpful suggestions or friendly greeting.

Location is great , rooms are clean , customer service is ok . No roof top it’s permanently closed . And rooms feel like prison . Our room had no windows it felt like a prison cell .

Old San Juan Rentals
This property was in a fantastic location. Easily walkable to all things in Old San Juan. The place had quite a few light bulbs that were out which made it very difficult to see at night.
