"this was a great location right on the beach and beautiful veiws. The drawbacks were nosie from within the hotel and from the nearby freeway. Neither can really be helped. Loved the 18+ only hottub as there are a lot of families."

"I've been coming to this hotel once a year for the last five years in our family really enjoys it. We've often gotten great service, in the pool and the spa are always a hit. However, I was really bothered by Liza, the front desk clerk. I asked for extra towels and she questioned me -- I told her that we all have long hair. Later on that night, there were no towels at the pool, and asked her for towel towels again. She made a big deal that I was asking for towels again, despite the fact, that I was asking it specifically for the pool . I shouldn't have to explain her that the towels for the pool are different than the towels for the room. It was a struggle to explain that to her, and she had to mark me down and insisted that I take the towels back to my room. I was quite insulted. I will call the manager and explain to him my experience because that really impacted my review of our stay. In fact, I would love a call from the manager so I can talk about the situation because we wanna come back, but that was really something that really bothered me"

"There is no lift or elevator so it is hard to get heavy items such as a cooler or a suitcase up to stairs. The only other thing is parking spaces are very small and hard to get in and out of but overall I enjoyed my stay."
