"Everything was clean and staff were very nice... The only downside is they do not have ice on the premises you have a refrigerator with the freezer with trays but you have to wait for the ice to freeze. So make sure if you need ice you bring it with you!"

"I stay at Marin Suites Hotel at least once a month. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms have lots of extra towels and there are bathrobes in the closets.
My only complaint is all of the outlets. All of them are 2 prong. Some of the plugs are really loose, so your plugs fall right out of them.

"Brand new so of course it’s clean and tidy. Staff was not helpful- a woman was trapped in the elevator for over an hour before they would call 911- they wanted to wait for the tech.
Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all!
Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!"

"I love this historic hotel in Point Richmond. It honestly feels like home to me as I’ve been there so many times. With contactless entry, it’s private and simple to use.
