"Breakfast was good room was in need of repair holes in walls in 2 spots blinds were broken so people could see in i had to put 2 bath towels over the top so people couldnt see inside. Great location and price if maintained better also 3 wall plugs didnt work i got in late so didnt want to argue for another room so just made it work "

"Clean spacious room that appeared recently rennovated. VERY comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Friendly front desk that helped with some forgotten personal amenities. Great value with close location to Cambria. Will definitely stay here in the future"

"Great location with walkable beach access. The rooms are old and outdated. The carpet floors were so soiled I didn’t want to take my shoes off, the cabinet to the refrigerator wouldn’t close, no AC and the toilet ran the entire night because the water bowl wouldn’t fill up all the way. "

"The hot tub was foamy and did not seem properly maintained. The pool area was very slippery and felt unsafe, especially for kids. I was also surprised they charge $3 for extra towels. Overall, these issues made the stay less enjoyable."

"Room was clean & a great ocean view. Was disappointed that the fireplace was not working. Also the room was a little bare. Could use another chair a a small side table to sit in front of the wonderful windows looking out at the beautiful coastline. Bathroom was huge but also lacked warmth. Maybe something on the walls. Also suggesting inside security latches on the doors. We had dinner & breakfast at the restaurant. We enjoyed both meals & the staff were great"

"Can’t beat the location, right on the water. Can relax on your patio and watch the waves crashing. Fire pits at night, easy access to walk down to the sand. "

"Great stay. Location great for Hearst Castle and central coast . Have stayed here 4 times in last two years and will definitely stay again. Hotel is local family owned and they are helpful and friendly (witnessed them helping jump cars and guests with other issues). Beds and rooms are clean and comfortable. While they don't offer breakfast they did have coffee, apple juice, toast, croissants and fruit the mornings I stayed which was very nice and unexpected. 100% recommend."
