"The pros of this hotel are its location, the staff was very nice, professional and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Different breakfast every day but it was not great, it was ok. Cons- Swimming pool was extremely small and in the middle of the breakfast area. Their elevator was extremely slow, you had to wait up to 5 minutes to use the elevator. The lobby furniture was honestly gross. Overall our stay was good."

"The property is located in a great area. It’s close to many good restaurants and the strip. The actual hotel experience when we were inside was not great. The 1st time they were supposed to clean our room they did not and we had to ask. We found ourselves constantly having to ask for basic things. "C'est mon troisième séjour dans cet appart hôtel. Les chambres sont assez vastes et équipées d'un coin cuisine bien pratique. L'appartement se trouve à 50 mètres des lignes de bus qui mènent au Ala Moana Center et au Diamond Head. C'est un excellent emplacement pour y séjourner plus d'une semaine. "Nice hotel, but I did not get the room I reserved. It was supposed to be an ocean view. I was put in a room with a partial view of the ocean. We would ask housekeeping to come back later but they would never come back. The breakfast was awesome service from wait staff the first couple of days was awesome then they wouldn't come back to fill coffee."
