"When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 "

The 1 Line transit system is literally across the street from the front entrance. We absolutely loved that. If you can take the Link Rail from SeaTAC airport in. Otherwise its a hefty 75 to leave your car with valet, daily! I read here afterwards that the other parking is cheaper. The surrounding area is shady. We didn’t walk further than the Link. "The hotel is located in a great touristic area. You can walk anywhere with such a great view of the pier. "

"It was a truly terrible stay. The room was small and cramped, the air conditioning was uncontrolled, and the heat was too intense for a good night's sleep. There were so many homeless people nearby that I didn't dare go out for a walk. Even worse, they required check-out at 10:00 AM. I left a message saying my friend would pick me up at 11:00 AM and that the cleaners could come after 10:00 AM. I meant I could wait in the living room without interrupting the cleaning process. "This was a beautiful hotel. The water was either hot or cold there was no in-between. It would have been nice to have the restaurant/bar open more hours. The staff was great though. Would definitely stay again. "

"Airport Shuttle was good until it wasn’t. The pick up was great. The way back though, an appointment was made for 7:30am only to be told that the shuttle didn’t start til 8:00am even though the sign and desk clerk night before said 7:00am start for shuttle. The room was filthy. The floors need mopped, the walls need washed. It was pretty disgusting & sketchy. Probably a great location for shady activities but I’d steer clear with a family. "

"We arrived and it was busy no one was reaching out to help and front desk staff was less than pleasant to deal with. We received a phone call apologizing for how bad the service was at 8:30 at night. We were busy and barely at the hotel. Just not what we thought it was going to be! "
