"The staff are simply excellent. They manage to provide a high end service without being stuffy, and the hotel itself is luxurious and comfortable. You could dress up for dinner or head down in worn yoga pants for a coffee with equal comfort. Would be delighted to go back. "

"The hotel itself was absolutely amazing. The DFO is a quick five minute walk which was amazing. The breakfast every morning is well worth the price and the staff each morning was lovely. Every part of our stay was top tier. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Seriously. They went above and beyond each day, even leaving a fruit bowl in our room halfway through the stay, and offering little lavender service that was super cool. I would definitely stay here again! 10 out of 10. Highly recommend."

"The hotel was convenient for the convention I was attending. I was upgraded which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. It was close by for shopping at DFO and it was a short walk to a tram stop to get into the heart of Melbourne. There were lots of nearby options for eating. "
