"Location was great, walking distances to 2 train stations, supermarkets, coffee shops and some restaurants. Just 10-15 train ride to central Sydney. Environment was quiet and nice. Room was clean, staffs reachable via emails and chats. Water pressure of the shower was good too. Miele washing machine and kitchen very useful. Overall it was a very good stay. Improvements: Shower space was half open so we had to wipe the bathroom floor every time we showered. Dining table was tilted. TV signal was very weak, had trouble watching the news on TV because the signal was low. Improvements."

"We had 3 rooms, 2 were city side and were great, the 3rd was Docklands side and we heard trains all night 2 were twin rooms, 1 was King room. King room there is no door on the amenities but the is in the twin room."

"Arrogant dsek staff who refused to let my wife, daughter and three young children check in (who had been caught in a thunderstorm and were scared, soaking wet and cold), because the Hotels.com booking was in my own name. My wife had ID with Medicare card, drivers license with address, and my mobile number as proof of identity. Even after I had uploaded the booking reference number with my wife named as a guest, the smart-arse on the desk said he "couldn't read it. Will never stay there again and will advise my many dozens of fellow travellers we regularly share trips with, not to consider this venue. We have travelled around the world many times and locally dozens of times, and have never struck such a moronic group of desk staff (who by the way could barely speak or be understood in our native language).
