"Rooms were clean and everything we needed was there. The traffic was noisy late into the night which made getting to sleep difficult. It was frustrating to find out after making the booking that a car stacker was used which required an appointment with orientation. Given we were not sure when we would arrive, it made it impossible to make an appointment to have the orientation which meant we could not use the parking "

"Central location to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Easy walk to North Williamstown train station. Apartment was clean and modern and good communication from staff. Highly recommend and would stay here again. "

"Staff were lovely however the shower in our room was quite dirty with signs of mould on the wall tiles."

"this apartment located next to dockland, and still in the free tram zone. very near to tram stop, just cross that street in front of apartment entrance. etihad stadium is also within walking distance. we stay in 2bedroom apartmen + 1 bathroom. room size are ok, kitchen and living room are spacious. they provide washing machine & dryer. we did use them, works well & fyi, kitchen equipment are provided. the apartment building has fitness and swimming pool. didnt use it tho...since...

"Very disappointing. Parking very scarce near reception and while searching, many one way alleys had us spending too much time just getting to check in. Then the guy on the counter also seemed to be reservations so we had to wait while he completed a demanding transaction on the phone. Finally got to drive into the car park, way after the 2 minutes allowed on the street-park. The car park door eventually opened after swiping the card many times. At room level, the place looked like a student...
