"Rooms clean and common areas. Free coffee should run longer in morning. Not a huge fan of the self check in. Seemed impersonal, do want to feel like someone was there and attentive."

"The location alone is perfect. We love the rooms and the staff. The lobby and bar area is nice but always has too many people just standing around. We like to grab a drink or work on the couches and they are always occupied by an excessive amount people trying to check in. The elevator was a bit of a hassle. One has been broken both times we stayed there in the last 2 months. Other than that the stay is always a positive one."

"The location was excellent. Need to upgrade the rooms. Had a mishap water leaking from ceiling in the bathroom. Due to excellent work of staff it was taken care off in 15 minutes. When booking it was not notified that breakfast is not included. We were under the assumption that breakfast is part of the deal."

"The hotel is very central and the room was fairly good value for money. Only book this hotel if you can be guaranteed a room away from the street. Next door pub noise and police and emergency sirens all night made it impossible to sleep at night as window is single glazed. Breakfast is only tea/coffee and a muffin/bagel."
